Applied online. The first step was a math test, which is pretty straightforward. PEDMAS type stuff.
A few days later, I was required to do a virtual interview, developed in house by BNP. You're given some interview prompts, then given 1 minute to prepare, and then the camera turns on and your responses are recorded (there is no human interviewer in this step), and then viewed at a later time.
It's been about four weeks and no word, so I'm just assuming I was rejected. It would have been nice to have been told I was formally rejected, but I understand that on average most firms do not inform candidates they are out.
