I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNSF Railway
Interview
I meet a representative at their booth at my school's career fair. They asked me to tell them about myself and what drew me to their booth. immediately after, they invited me to interview with them the next day. The next day I had a 30 minute interview with the hire manager. He told me to just relax and not be stressed out. Then he put my resume on the table and told me to just walk him through my resume and elaborate my accomplishments. It was very relaxed. Before he left he told me that in two weeks they would contact me.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you comfortable working out doors in all conditions and give examples of prior experience.
Long process to get a 1:1 interview, the steps up to the personal interview are pretty easy but difficult to pass 1:1 interview and get a full-time offer overall pretty average I guess
I applied through university. I interviewed at BNSF Railway (Fort Worth, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
Easy, first did digital interview. Then flew down to Fort Worth for an in person interview. It was not bad at all and it was fun meeting all other recruits.
