Group discussion

Followed by operation round
The 1st two are very easy to get as recruiter checks your communication in the group discussion.And after that there is a normal discussion with HR about the pay scale and comfortable with night shift and all.
Very easy to crack.very simple interview.
Took 1 entire day over all good experience .
Asked about education finance knowledge.
There were 3-4 rounds . Company provides travel , daily food allowance and medical insurance .
