The interview was with 2 managers, who asked questions based on a paper given to them, and asked me to elaborate as I answered. The whole process went very quick. I was contacted prior to Christmas to set up the interview. I was interviews on the Thursday, made an offer contingent to passing the drug test on the Monday, and started the next Monday after passing the tests.
