Got called for an interview at the London based offices in Canary wharf after sending CV and cover letter. Interviewer was very relaxed and the enviroment was friendly. The interview lasted about 1 hour and was mostly competency based.

Why the financial markets? What is one difficult experience that you have overcome?
No proper feedback being communicated after going 3 rounds of interview. Hiring manager ghosted and not professional. Bad experience so hope they can treat every interview in a good manner.

I decided not to take the job. The interview seemed subjective and they were easy to get off topic. I diddn't want to work in an industry that ruined the economy in 2008 anyway
