For me, it was a good interview and hiring process. I did a phone interview and then a face-to-face with the hiring manager. I didn't feel any pressure, and the questions were more so about getting to know me (which is a plus).

Interviews with hr internal recruiter followed by one on one interview with hiring managers for two open positions in separate areas of the organization. One extended offer. No second round of interviews for either.

Consist of one interview pretty easy. Recruiter ask various questions regarding past positions. They give detailed day to day job description. They were fast to offer a position. They are big at using third party companies to do there hiring and I did go through an agency.
