I got contacted directly from BNYMellon HR recruiter via linkedin to apply for this position online.i did it, and the process took 2 to 3 weeks. first phine interview with HR, one interview face to face with your possible immediate supervisor and final face to face interview with the department head.

Smooth though did not reveal the full details intially.
The hiring manager was humble and supportive.
As i was fresher and this was my first interview process outside campus he made this a smooth process.
First there was a written after that technical questions based on the written questions i had answered.
