SEVERAL Recruiters contacted me on LinkedIn for positions at this Employer. Very consistent even after going through the interview. I made contact with one. Initial call was with the recruiter. Second call on Teams, was with hiring manager and another technical lead or team member who was off the camera and did not speak. Hiring Manager was very cold, emotional-less and made the interview very uncomfortable. The other person on the call, not speaking or introducing himself made it more difficult to believe it went well. It was scheduled for 45 minutes. Shockingly, 3rd interview was scheduled with the technical lead. Very personable and friendly. Asked a lot of technical questions but also sounded like he was walking through New York City when talking. Not an office or restaurant, etc. He was certainly walking and a lot of background noise. Fire trucks passing by. Hard to see if I was a serious interview. I enjoyed conversation with him. After, I was completely ghosted by all three interviewers. Especially the recruiter did not feel inclined to respond to my follow up email. Then, to be contacted by several other BNY Mellon recruiters to be interviewed for IT positions through email and LinkedIn.
