I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (New York, NY) in Mar 2013
Interview
Fairly simple - one interview with HR on campus, in person interview with hiring manager, super-day with hiring manager +3 other members of the team. HR one was a simple screening of background / experience. Interview with hiring manager went more in depth, asked case-related questions to the team functionality. Superday was a little more technical - asked to define / outline market research processes

Question 1
They asked what is the difference between abstract class and interface.
It was simple, just a screening followed by 2 zoom interviews. I had to prepare with some STAR questions and an elevator pitch. The interviewers were pretty nice overall, and my 2nd round interview felt more of a conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNY in Mar 2024
Interview
Cold applied, couple of days later received a first round, a 10-15 minute call discussing more about yourself and whether you qualify for the opportunities, after that they immediately tell you whether you move on to the final round or not. The format was back to back 30 min interview later that week, mostly behavioral with few questions about your classroom learnings and skills using computer.
