1) Advance coding test for prescreening , I don't know how QA can clear their test . Did not like process
2) If QA has advance programming skills then QA will choose Developer role

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BNY in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview was smooth and the whole process took 1 day. There were total 3 rounds. 2 technical round and one HR. round. First round questions were from java, selenium, manual testing, agile methodolgy. Second round was mainly based on selenium framework level questions.
