2 conversational rounds with one interviewer the first round and two the second with very simple questions in both rounds. Expect to hear back within 1-2 weeks for next rounds and final offers

Question 1
Share an example of a time you delivered results under tight or variable deadlines.
Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.
The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.
Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
