I had a phone screen with a recruiter and a 30 minute talk with a Hiring Manager. The screen was generic questions - salary expectations, experience and I was immediately scheduled the next round with HM. The HM interview was just questions about my experience and I had time to ask questions too. I really like both the HR and the HM and they positive attitude during the process. I guess, my experience was not exactly what they were looking for which is okay. But I've never heard back and not even get a generic rejection email. That's a shame, I was expecting it as a courtesy based on good reviews here.
