The process was quite straightforward; almost like a casual chat between you and the interviewer . They look at your credentials and then mostly just want to know if you are prepared to commit/work as a Trainee. They will also tell you more about the work they do and the hours they keep so you'll have a better idea of whether you are a good fit as well.
Fairly quick. Had to do a research task after the interview as a test.
The interview consisted questions about my past experiences, what I studied for my bachelors, when did I graduate and more.
Bad interview experience. Interview at United Square with the GM. They couldn’t offer the salary range they posted on Indeed. To lower your expected salary they lectured you for asking too high but it’s within their salary range. I applied for admin role, end up it’s not even admin role. They are looking for paralegal and try to hire cheap labour from “admin role”. Job descriptions posted on Indeed is actually admin job such as data entry etc. They never state that candidate needs to posses some sort of law knowledge. Waste of time to go there to interview and get lectured. I don’t get paid to interview, I get scolding. Terrible experience.

Question 1
You don’t have admin experience and you ask for such expected salary. It’s a turn off for most employers.
