      Interview

SHE was late, not informing earlier and I had to call up 15 minutes after waiting online. After call, she said the forgotten and pushed it back later. Questions asked were the usual questions like where do u see urself in 5 yrs time, what do you know bout us, but answers given to her wasn't reaching her level. Kept throwing more questions wanting answers that she wasnt satified at.

Hi, I'm the manager that you had an interview with. Firstly, my apologies again for being late. As I had explained over the interview, I had held up by a client meeting and this day and situation, we have to do what we have to do. Unfortunately, we were not able to confirm a placement for you, as we have had quite a number of applicants and its been difficult to decide on a small opening we have for internship. Nevertheless, I do thank you for your time to attend. As to why there are always more questions, that is because there is no right and wrong answer to any of the questions and therefore I would like to convey that in no circumstance was any answers unsatisfactory. Questions are meant to reveal more of your character, your motivations, what makes you do what you do, and more questions will allow me to see a different side that may not be evident in an interview. Questions are just opportunities to show more of yourself. Like many companies, we are all facing crunch times where we had to shoulder the burden that the pandemic had put on our work. The world is already filled with gloom and unnecessary stress. While I am working my level best not to disappoint anyone, sometimes I succeed, sometimes I fail. However, while I can understand the anger you must have felt having to wait for that 15 minutes, I hope that you would be a little slower in expressing that anger in reviews, on social media, or any opportunities that may be presented to "cancel" us. I do not feel that your intention is to exact damage to us, or to create permanent bad impression of our organisation to others, but it’s way too easy to have a series of opinions become the only side to a story. Everyone else won’t be able to see the full context of the situation, and may result in somebody else missing an opportunity that they may find rewarding. I am sorry that you had to wait for me, and I hope that my apology could be something that you would accept. However, if you do feel that this is a just response to do, it is in your purview to do so. I just felt that the rest of my colleagues and the team do not need to shoulder this burden for my action. With that, I wish you all the best in your future that you have a good and fruitful one.

It was direct and straightforward as they do not card stack that they are the BEST company to work and do expose the difficulties you would be facing during your time in the industry.
