BS&A Software interview questions

Filled out an online application that asked me the basic questions: What are your greatest strengths, weaknesses, projects you've worked on, a time you had to make a tough decision, etc. Overall took about an hour and a half to finish the online application. They emailed me back a day later to set up an interview at their location. I met with two really nice guys who were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

During the interview question they deeply tried to figure out the person to their core. I’ve been asked questions I never imagined, but I feel as if it was more beneficial than I knew because they saw me fit for the job. The CEO of the company makes you feel so comfortable and at home. I loved it.
