Interview
Initial application sent it. Then you're asked to do online tests, so numerical and verbal reasoning. Then if successful you're invited to a video interview. This is where you record your answers, so you're not talking to anyone, and you can record your answers twice. There was 5 questions. Then if successful you're invited to the assessment centre.
First stage: Online tests (Logiks and Factors) - pretty standard online tests
Second stage: Video interview
Third stage: Assessment centre
Received email that I passed video interview and will be invited to assessment centre.
Except I never did, even after a few follow up emails. Would prefer them to just let me know of the rejection earlier rather than making me wait for 5 months.
Overall, a pretty disorganised company and HR team.
