BT people are trained in the SOARA approach to interviewing - expect structured questions where you're asked to give an example of something where you have to cover:
Situation - what the context was
Objective - what you were trying to achieve
Action - what you (personally) did
Results - what happened, how successful was this vs the objective etc
Aftermath - what you learned from the experience
None of the questions was particularly difficult, but worth having a variety of examples to hand which you can use for this sort of structured question
