It was alright two stages quite straight forward. No time wasting or uncessary steps just standard situational questions and skills tests.
Throughout the process the questions were all appropriate and intelligent questions to ask. Straight to the point

Three stage interview process, with recruiter, line manager and other colleagues. Additional task assessment requested - a written proposal, with follow up presentation of content. Following this references, and other background checks were completed.
