      Got through the 2 stages of interview, telephone interview went fine passed to final stage, now here is where I have my issues, competency based questions for a job role that states “no experience needed” and them then proceed to ask you questions on things relevant to their role, the last question they give me really threw me off guard as it wasnt relevant to any of my experience i had had in jobs even with sales experience and extensive sales experience and was based around managing. I knew from that moment I didnt have it. And I have 13 years in customer service roles with team leading and sales

What sets BT apart from competitors? How would you sell a product you know nothing about? What would you do if a customer says no? Any hobbies? What would you do with the money? How are you targeted? What do you do in your current role? What do you think a typical day looks like here? A time you've recieved constructive feedback, what if you hadn't recieved that feedback? A time you went above and Beyond for a customer and why that customer? What motivates you? Why should we hire you?
