Interview
the interview was easy going. the manager was very clear on job responsibilities and was willing to train and work with me in my area's of non expertise. The hiring manager was so nice and I know I would have worked well under her. The company is small so they are limited in what they can offer, but I was told by HR that I would receive a review every 6 months and my salary could very likely be increased at that time. HR was very pleasant and understanding. I would have enjoyed saying yes to this position. Personal circumstances prevented me from doing so.

Interview
In the panel interview I was asked multiple personal questions that did not relate to work at all. I was insulted and felt like I was being made of into a joke.
