Very relaxed, they ask a few questions about your experience and why you want to work with children, and what you think is the most important quality to have when working with children. They accept casual baby sitting as valid work experience.

Simple, direct, well communicated. I met with one of the interviewee's. She was professional and was no fuss. We spoke about my educational background, my motivations, the salary, the job posts. Light and easy going. A pleasurable experience.
