As long as you're passionate and well trained in music, the interview was very simple. Basic personality questions and a potential music demonstration. I was interviewed by the manager who was very nice and asked fairly basic questions.

Interview was casual. It started with a phone call and then I was asked to meet in person. I was asked questions about my education and work experience. Had to perform a couple of pieces on my instrument.
