They have a blog that says it all. There is a take home assignment to be codes in Java using their object store API, then a phone screen with one of their key engineers, then a personality check with the vo of engineering, then a full blown 5-6 interview session. People were very friendly.
Everything seemed to have gone fine, but went awry towards the end when the feedback was ' they don't think you code enough'. That was like 2 days worth of time wasted on proving that I code which could have been ruled out right from the gitgo - (the judgment itself being questionable)
