Badger Liquor interview questions

First interview was a phone screen (45 mins) with Megan- she’s fantastic! Second interview was in person (two parts - 45 mins with one group, 45 mins with another). Lots of questions at the in-person interview, and entirely behavioral/scenario “tell us about a time…” First part was not really a dialogue, but more of them writing my responses. Second part was more conversational, which I appreciate. Although I had several behavioral examples, retrieving that volume of scenarios for a longer interview was a little difficult. Overall, beautiful modern space, welcoming, and enjoyed speaking with interviewers. Really great company.
