Interview
The interview process is fairly similar to most processes I've been on before. You meet many of the people you will be interacting with and further you interview with many higher ups that you will not necessarily be working with on a day to day basis. All the typical interview questions apply, it is mostly about fit, your resume/qualifications get you in the interview and the interview gets you the job.

Questions posed asked to share specific situations or recalling times when you needed to act or do something, role-play type questions are always a bit out of left field.

Interview
I sent my resume to my recruiter and from there he set up a phone screen and two in person interviews at the offices. The Bain offices were impressive, and the process went very smoothly.
