Baird, Hampton & Brown interview questions

Two interviews, one with HR one with the engineers. Professional company, genuine, wanted to know past projects/ experience. Took longer than expected to get interview updates. They were able to communicate well when reach out to.

Pretty laid back. Ron told me his back ground and what kind of work we would be doing. He asks some pretty basic questions just to get a feel for you I think. It took a few weeks to hear back but I was told that up front. They called me and told me I didn’t get the job but they’d love to see me apply again in the future. Very professional all the way around.
