You submit your application in a custom-designed system. You add your skills and then based on those skills, you're required to take tests (yes, plural - 10 in total). Personally, I spent 4+ hours performing tests for this company, after a couple of months, you still see the same "in-process" status of the application. You also don't get to see if you've passed your tests, that's for them apparently. Call me crazy but if you spent this much time on a single application for a company, you need to at least get a response of any kind.
