It was an automated video interview that recorded my responses to the questions that appeared on the screen through the webcam and microphone on my laptop. After the video clip of an HR employee reading each interview question, I was given 3 minutes to respond.
I do not feel that I did a good job answering the questions. However, most of the questions were a paragraph long with multiple parts and I was only given 3 minutes to answer each one. It seemed like they were simply putting the candidates through the wringer. In addition, 5 of the 7 questions were about project management, not engineering/technology. Entry-level engineers are expected to have some project management skills but I was expecting more questions directly related to engineering and technology.
