There were 3 rounds-
1. Technical round for 1 hour. All architecture related questions are asked.
2. Managerial round for 45 mins. Overall project experience and behaviour check.
3. Senior Director round for 30 mins. He has asked about decison making questions and future plans.
Interview process is too slow. Recruiter is not responding after completing 3 rounds. I have send email also called him. It's not good to hold candidate for 1 month.
