Group exercise, partner interview based on a case study, associate interview. Really relaxed and friendly interactions. Try to remain composed. Articulate yourself calmly. Don't be pushy during the group exercise. If the mood of the interview feels informal, don't force it otherwise.

There were four parts — group case study, individual case study, competency interview and proof reading. Interviewers and HR was very nice and friendly; offered feedback post assessment day. It was a good experience.
