I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Minneapolis, KS) in Mar 2022
Interview
This was a really smooth process. The recruiter asks a few behavioral questions, but truly wants to get to know who you are. The second interview is more situational based and is manageable as long as you study up on the company as was as your personal interview questions following the STAR method.

I applied online. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Washington, DC)
Interview
Very good process. Started with some introduction about the role and then the interview process involved two 30 minute calls with managers back to back. They had a lot of questions so be prepared to articulate yourself well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baker Tilly in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a very smooth process, mostly questions about school and previous internship experiences. The interview process is more to gauge your personality. I personally was very comfortable with the way things went, they usually ask questions about what clubs in college do you participate in, if anything is related to your major but also assess if you're a person outside of that as well.
