I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baker Tilly (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2022
Interview
Simple and straightforward process. Mainly just asking about background and previous projects. A lot of getting to know you. Very laid back atmosphere on the calls. Be prepared to discuss some previous project experience on the call but that’s about it.
Fairly communicative. But typical CPA firm personalities, conservative and lackluster. I was looking for a modern progressive environment but this was not it. I lost interest after going through the process.
Standard interview process. Strong TA team that knows their dedicated practice areas and sets you up well for practitioner interview. Following interviews with TA you interview with managers, sr. Manager or director and then principal.

Their hiring process was impressively fast, but after researching the company's reputation and reading multiple negative reviews, I decided it wasn't the right fit and declined the offer.
