Very straightforward, only had one phone and one in-person interview. The whole process took about two weeks from applying to receiving an offer. Once you have the offer, they do prefer for you to start as soon as possible.
Super basic questions. They just want to ensure that have some customer service experience and can work well under pressure. May ask a situational question on how you would handle a difficult customer.

It was a fairly casual process that felt like a normal conversation to see if the job overall is a good fit. The manager was very friendly and I left feeling good about the process overall.
