very easy - asked a few simple questions such as why i wanted to work there, what i think is customer service and what value i could bring to the business. i was instantly put at ease making it a very comfortable interview experience.

Interview
After submitting my application, the manager/franchisee organised an interview on the bakery premises. They were very friendly and approachable, although the interview was more in-depth than I had expected for a retail assistant role. The standard tell me about yourself questions were asked, but I've added some of the more unexpected ones below:
