I interviewed with their HR rep and a creative director. They were very nice, and it went well enough, but some of the questions they asked were strange and hard to answer. The office smelled kind of musty and sad. To get to the lobby from the front door, I had to climb a poorly lit flight of stairs that didn't even have a rail along its entirety. The interview was beneficial in that I think everyone involved was able to discern that it was not a good fit. Oh, and they described their culture as a "happy, dysfunctional family" who are "always up in each other's business." No thank you, I have an actual family for that.
