I had my first interview in December, which went well, and I was invited to continue in the selection process. The next stage involved a two-week assessment requiring the preparation of two presentations: one based on provided materials and another involving independent market research for 2025. I invested substantial time and effort into this work and genuinely enjoyed the process.
I then had a final interview with HR and the Hiring Manager, which also seemed very positive. However, after this stage, I was never contacted regarding the outcome. I followed up by email but received no response. It has now been over a month, and I have since learned that another candidate has been hired.
I fully respect recruitment decisions and understand that not every process leads to an offer. That said, I find it regrettable that after such a significant investment of time, especially during the last week of December and the first week of January, I did not even receive a final communication. Being left without any response does not reflect a respectful or professional candidate experience.
