The process went very smoothly. I applied for the Grad Civil role in Leeds but was called by HR asking me if I would consider another role which is rotational to which I said yes. I was out through to the assessment centre which consisted of a group exercise and an interview. The group exercise was nothing unusual and lasted about an hour. Was a bit difficult due to it being virtual but overall fine. The interview was great as well. There's set questions but the interviewer made it feel like we were having a conversation rather than me being interrogated. Mostly just standard questions about why you want to work here. What you know about the team you're applying for. There was also a Q&A with employees who had gone through the process before hand which was helpful.
