2 calls with HR (very nice and insightful interviews and open process), 2 online IQ tests, create an Excel amortization table based on a sample “word problem”, write a draft customer communication letter based on a situation, followed by 4 face-face team/panel interviews (3.5 hours). Team questions were redundant and needlessly thorough for an entry level position. questions were poorly aligned given my demonstrated experience, personal references, and skills (which were all recognized by each panel). Recognizing this would be a career change, the interrogation was not in line with entry level position.
