Two separate Panels, Tiered, Peers and Direct Reports. Don't feel it was appropriate for Direct Reports interviewing potential managers. Questions were direct and, in many ways, not relevant. Delays in the offer process. Outside of all of that, many good people to work with and lots of learning.
