It was fairly simple. Basic teacher scenario questions. They asked about classroom managememt, lesson planning, IEP plans etc, etc. They also asked about sponsorship of extra curricular activities. We also discussed the socio economcs of the community in which the school was located.

It was straightforward. They have a screening interview first with HR and then you get put into a portal and get interviewed by the core team at the other schools.
