Contacted by outside recruiter for initial screening. Then did a Zoom interview w/ the hiring manager before coming in for 2 different office visits. Over the 2 visits, I met with 7 different employees and put together a 10+ page presentation that dug into the company and the industry. Received positive feedback but ultimately did not receive an offer for seemingly arbitrary reasons. I believe they use the interview process to obtain free consulting work from candidates by having them create presentations on the state of the business & industry.
