Thorough interview about prior experience, career goals, and a very clear explanation of what is required with the job and what potential growth opportunities there were within the company. Enjoyed the interview very much, and felt I had a clear picture of what would be required for the position.

Very nice environment, interview has a mix of many questions ranging from your personal background. Job is however you make it to be! If you love retail with an older customer base , then this job might be for you .
3 rounds of interviews. First was a phone screening with the district manager and then 2 more interviews with different store managers. Not too difficult. Everyone was nice and friendly.
