Bandwidth Client Success Manager interview questions

Spoke with the recruiter for an initial screening in October/November 2020. Things went well and was advised I'd hear back about next steps. Never did. To add insult to injury, I have sent TWO follow up emails as they recently posted for a CSM role recently. Tried to give the recruiter the benefit of the doubt the first time, but it's clear this is their culture. I've learned since that a friend of mine had a similar experience. Ghosted!
