I submitted an application for the Recruiting Coordinator position a few weeks ago and heard within days of submitting that they wanted to a phone interview. I completed the phone interview at Bandwidth roughly three weeks ago. I thought that the phone call went well and at the end was told I would hear something by the end of the following week. When I didn't hear anything I sent a follow-up email wanting to know if there were any updates. Another week passed by and when I still didn't hear anything I sent an additional follow-up email wanting to know what the status was, wondering if I was still even being considered for an interview. Now at three weeks since the initial phone screen happened I have still not heard anything. Before posting this review I checked on their careers page and saw that the position was no longer posted, which I guess is their way of telling me that I wasn't moving forward in the interview process. I understand that there may have been another candidates that was a better fit for the role, but would at least like to have been informed of this in a simple email. I would have appreciated any transparency to be informed that I was no longer being considered. Being 'ghosted' after an interview is not the way to conduct yourself as a professional at a company.
