It was amazing. The recruiter followed up and they were very quick to respond. Their were a lot of interviews but it went quicker than expected. I was very impressed.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bandwidth (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2021

      Interview

I never actually applied for this position. A recruiter from this company found me on LinkedIn. She introduced herself and told me about both the company and the job. She asked if I was interested in learning more and I told her yes. Then we set up a phone interview the following week. During the phone interview, she went over the company and the job again. Then she asked me questions about my time at my current job and why I want to leave (no STAR Method-type questions, YES!). After about 15 minutes, she told me how long will it take to find out if I move on in the process and who would be interviewing me next. Three days later, I get an email from her saying that I was no moving forward in the process. It was the usual 'while you have excellent customer experience, it's just not what we're looking for at this time' & 'we wish you the best kind of generic rejection email. While I was hurt for a few seconds, I got over it very quickly because: A) as I've already said, I never actually applied for the role B) it didn't line up with what I'm truly looking for in a new role C) she was five minutes late for the interview (a pet peeve of mine) I've never heard about this company before. I don't think I'll ever actually apply to this company again.
