Bandwidth Software Development Manager interview questions

It's a mess! The interview was over 4 hours long. They wanted 5 recent references (that's right, 5 in this day and age and 3 of them have to be recent managers!) and all have to be 100% positive despite they asked for input for "areas of improvement to the references. Almost interviewers sounded extremely confused and arrogant. It was a mistake on my behalf to go for an interview.
