Phone interview. Very casual. I was called by a doctor (chief of staff) from a hospital in the region I am interested in. Was a lot of introduction and small talk and then she went over the company's 5 core values and asked how I felt about them. They were all in line with my personal beliefs and I told the Dr I agreed wholeheartedly with them
