The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Very brief, mgmt was terrible at getting back to me. I actually had to call in in order to get the management to interview me and set up my own interview. Did one shadow day and got the job.
