I went got called for an interview about 2 weeks after I applied online. I went to the interview which was pretty informal and laid back. They asked about situations and how I resolved issues and about myself. She recommended I come back to observe the hospital at the end of the week. The observation was great I got to see quite a few situations. At the end I was asked how I felt about the hospital, how much I wanted to make, which they matched plus some, and when I could start. The people were super nice and laid back.

Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.
