Interviewed at a separate Banfield location before dropping off my resume (in person) at a seperate clinic. Both interviews were very pleasant. Banfield employees are very passionate about their work and clearly expect any new hires to show the same level of enthusiasm and compassion as they do. Banfield employees often keep up relationships with petsmart staff as well as petsmart staff helps Banfield with their business and vice visa. Had one phone phone interview at one location, and an in-person interview at a different location. The in-person interview was held in one of the patient examination rooms. Very informal and easy going. Have an observational interview scheduled a few days out. With luck, I should land the job I desire!
